Who we are and how to reach us
EazyAgent is a tool for writing social media content, part of the 1family.Home family of products. For questions, requests or complaints: 1familyhomeapp@gmail.com.
What we store
You sign in with a Google account, and we keep the name and email Google gives us. We also keep what you add: rules, ideas, posts, reference sites, Skills, settings, and pictures and videos in a private folder only you can reach. The API keys you connect are stored encrypted, used only for the requests you make, and never shown again.
What is sent to AI providers
When you ask for content, the relevant texts and materials are sent to the AI provider you chose (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for images), only at your request, with your own key, and under the provider’s terms. We never publish on your behalf.
Where the data lives
Data is stored with Supabase (servers in Europe), the site is hosted on Vercel, and sign-in is through Google. Your content is personal and not visible to other users. We do not sell data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: sign-in and language. Sign-in uses the same Google account as 1family.Home, but each site keeps its own sign-in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Your content is kept until you delete it. A technical error log, which holds metadata only and never your content, is kept for about 30 days.
Your rights
In Settings ("Your data") you can download everything as a ZIP and delete it completely, including keys and pictures. Deleting does not delete your Google account. You can also contact us.
Storage quota
Each user has a storage quota, and an account may be limited or suspended in case of abuse.
