What the service is
EazyAgent is a writing aid. Texts are generated by AI, are suited to any social network, and may contain mistakes.
Responsibility for content
You are responsible for checking any content before you publish it, and for publishing it yourself. The content you upload and what is generated for you is yours, and you confirm you have the right to use the material you upload.
API key and costs
Use requires your own API key. The cost with the AI provider is yours, and use is subject to the provider’s terms.
Fair use
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or upload material you have no right to use. We limit the rate of actions and the storage, and may suspend an account that abuses the service.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is and free for now, and may change or stop. We will announce material changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for the results of publishing content created with the service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction. The Hebrew version is binding if the two differ.
